The DVC261 is Makita's twin 18V LXT brushless backpack vacuum, with 38.3 l/s of airflow, 11 kPa of suction and a 2L container, weighing 3.2kg bare. Worn on the back with a 1m antistatic 28mm hose, a HEPA filter, three power settings and an LED, it suits cleaners and fit-out trades moving through rooms, stairs and offices; it is sold body only. We rate it a light, practical backpack; the DVC660 has a 6L container with automatic filter cleaning, and XGT owners can look at the VC009G with 18 kPa.
