Physical & Build
The DVC867L is Makita's twin 18V LXT brushless L class dust extractor, taking two 18V packs, with an 8L container, 40 l/s of airflow and 11 kPa of suction at 6.9kg bare. Sold body only, it is ready for Makita AWS through the WUT01 wireless unit and has a 3.5m hose, so it suits cordless saws and sanders on dry general and wood dust in smaller rooms and fit-outs. We rate it a compact cordless extractor for LXT owners; the DVC157L takes a 15L container, and the 40V VC002GL is the same 8L size with 48.3 l/s.
