The verdictOur take

The VC2512L is Makita's 240V L class wet & dry dust extractor, with a 21L container, 60 l/s of airflow and 21 kPa of suction at 7kg. A power tool socket, Push & Clean filter cleaning and a 3.5m hose suit saws and sanders on general and wood dust in workshops and on domestic jobs, and it runs with Makita AWS through the WUT02 adaptor. We rate it a good mid-size workshop extractor; the VC2012L has a longer 10m cable with a 15L container, and the VC3011L takes 26L.
