Physical & Build
The 115mm for anyone who wants control as well as cut. A five-stage dial sets the speed from 3,500 to 8,500 rpm, which makes it far better suited than a single-speed grinder to surface prep, polishing or stainless, where too much speed burns the work. The paddle is a deadman switch that stops the wheel the instant you release it, backed by the RAPIDSTOP brake and Anti-Kickback Protection. For mixed-material work we'd take it over the slide-switch 115.
