Physical & Build
The DCL286F is Makita's 18V LXT brushless stick vacuum with an integrated cyclone unit, giving 18 kPa of suction, 16.7 l/s of airflow and 100W of suction power at 1.2kg bare. The cyclone feeds a 0.25L dust box, and it has four speeds with mode memory and an LED; it is sold body only. We rate it a well-specified cyclone stick for LXT owners; the DCL284F drops the cyclone for a 0.73L bin and 20 l/s at 1kg, and the 40V CL003G is the XGT cyclone stick with 20 kPa.
