Physical & Build
The 125mm version of Makita's mainstream LXT grinder, on a lock-on slide switch. You get the full brushless kit, an electric brake, soft start, Star Protection overload sensing and AFT, which cuts the motor if the disc jams. The larger disc lifts vibration slightly to 6.0 m/s² over the 115mm, the usual trade for the bigger cut; its paddle twin is the DGA517 if a deadman switch suits your work better.
