Physical & Build
Makita's smaller 136mm LXT saw, a lighter, more compact option for trimming and lighter cuts rather than breaking down sheets. On spec it manages 51mm of depth at 90° at 3600rpm with a 0 to 50° bevel, and at 2.1kg bare it is the lightest of Makita's mains-class 18V saws. It is a brushed motor with an LED fitted, and vibration is low at 1.7 m/s². Think of it as a second-fix and snagging saw for a Makita 18V user, not a primary framing tool.
