The VC004GL is Makita's 40V XGT brushless L class dust extractor, with a 15L container, 48.3 l/s of airflow and 23 kPa of suction at 7.9kg bare. Sold body only, it is ready for Makita AWS through the WUT01 wireless unit, with a 3.5m hose, tool cuffs and a HEPA filter, so it suits longer cordless cutting and sanding on dry general and wood dust. We rate it a solid cordless extractor for XGT users; the VC002GL is the 8L version, and the 80V VC006GM steps up to M class with a 40L container.
