The verdictOur take

The VC2000L is Makita's 110V L class wet & dry vacuum, with 60 l/s of airflow, 21 kPa of suction, a 16L container and 13L of liquid capacity at 7.5kg. L class covers general and wood dust; with Push & Clean semi-automatic filter cleaning, a 2.5m antistatic 32mm hose and no tool socket, it is a clean-up vacuum for 110V sites rather than an extractor to run off a saw or sander. We rate it a dependable site vacuum; the 240V VC2000L suits workshops and domestic jobs, and the VC2012L has a longer 3.5m hose and 7.5m cable.
