Physical & Build
The rail-compatible version of DeWalt's 184mm XR saw, for anyone who wants guided straight cuts without a dedicated track saw. It shares the 5500rpm motor and 57° bevel of the standard 570 but trades a little depth for the rail design, giving 58mm at 90°. Noise and vibration match the range at 91 dB(A) and under 2.5 m/s². One point of honesty: DeWalt does not publish an on-rail cut depth, and in practice the rail base costs you roughly 4 to 5mm of usable depth. A good middle ground if you occasionally need rail accuracy but do not want to commit to a plunge saw.
