Physical & Build
The TP-VC 36/30 S Auto is Einhell's Professional twin-pack 36V (2x 18V) wet & dry dust extractor, with a 30L container, 15 kPa of suction and a 2.5m hose at 8.15kg bare, sold body only. Its supplied vibration transmitter mounts on the hose and starts or stops it when the connected cordless tool runs, so it suits sanding and sawing away from mains; it is not dust-class rated. We rate it a clever cordless extractor; the TE-VC 36/30 Li S is the 30L version without auto start, and the corded TE-VC 2230 SACL adds L class at 22 kPa.

Tool weight worked out by adding each pack's weight to the bare tool, using the makers' figures. It takes two batteries, so each figure includes two packs. The maker's own with-battery figure can differ slightly. We may earn a commission on retailer links.
