Physical & Build
The Makita DA3010 is a 240V corded compact angle drill with 450W input, a 66mm head, a single speed of 2,400rpm and a 10mm keyed chuck, at 1.6kg. It drills 25mm in wood and takes self-feed bits to 50mm, and the short head gets into tight gaps between joists and studs. We rate it a solid mains choice for workshop and home use; the DA3011F adds a keyless chuck and an LED, and the DA3010/1 is the 110V version for site use.
