Where it sits among 165mm plunge saws
Scaled against the 14 plunge saws with a 165mm blade we list, so other sizes aren't in the mix. Not a score: bigger isn't always better for your job.

This is the 110V site version of the SP6000J, with the same 56mm depth, 165mm blade and 1.9 m/s² vibration as the 240V model. It is brushed with no kickback tech and runs at a louder 95 dB(A), but sits on Festool-pattern rails so Festool, Makita and Milwaukee tracks fit. We would pick it as a solid corded 110V all-rounder; the Bosch GKT 55 GCE is quieter, and the cordless DSP600 or DCS520 drop the cable if your platform allows.
