Physical & Build
Part of DeWalt's 2025 18V XR refresh and, at 1.61kg bare, the joint lightest DeWalt 125mm grinder we list, with a slide switch for continuous work and the full Perform & Protect safety set. Worth noting its declared 7.9 m/s² vibration runs higher than the older 405 and 406, so for vibration-sensitive work an earlier model or a variable-speed option may suit better. The one to pick for anyone prioritising low weight on the latest XR platform.
