Physical & Build
The high-torque FlexVolt 190mm saw, DeWalt's answer to a corded worm-drive for heavy ripping. On spec it runs a 190mm blade at 5800rpm with 65mm of depth at 90° on the FlexVolt platform, built for sustained cutting through thick or dense stock. The trade-off is weight: at 5.0kg bare it is the heaviest DeWalt circular saw here, with 94 dB(A) noise and 2.5 m/s² vibration. A rip fence is included. This is a specialist's saw for framing, joists and structural ripping, not an everyday second-fix tool.
