Physical & Build
Milwaukee's current 190mm flagship, replacing both the FCS66 and the rail-compatible FCSG66. FORGE is the headline: it holds 6000rpm under load, which on spec makes it one of the fastest-cutting cordless saws in the class, and it takes Milwaukee's FS-pattern 1.4m guide rail for sheet work (Festool and Makita rails fit too), giving 64mm on the rail and a full 68mm off it. Two honest trade-offs show in the numbers: it is loud at 100.7 dB(A), noticeably above the older FUEL saws, and with a 12Ah FORGE pack fitted it is heavy at the top of its range. Vibration, though, is low at 1.49 m/s². One for an M18 user who wants mains-saw cut speed and rail accuracy in a single tool.
