Physical & Build
The rail-compatible FlexVolt 190mm saw, combining DeWalt's most powerful cordless platform with guided cutting. It matches the 578 on motor and refinement at 5800rpm, 90 dB(A) and 2.2 m/s², but trades a little depth for the rail design at 61mm at 90°. As with the smaller rail saw, DeWalt does not quote an on-rail depth, and the rail base costs roughly 4 to 5mm in practice. A rip fence is included. The pick for someone who wants FlexVolt power and the option of straight guided cuts in one tool, rather than buying a separate track saw.
