Cutting
Power & Motor
Physical & Build
The mainstream FlexVolt 190mm saw, and arguably the sweet spot of DeWalt's cordless range for serious cutting. On spec it pairs a full 67mm of depth at 90° and 57° bevel with FlexVolt power at 5800rpm, while keeping weight to 3.6kg bare, much lighter than the high-torque 577. It is also one of the quieter saws here at 90 dB(A), with 2.2 m/s² vibration, and a rip fence is included. For a trade user who wants near-corded cutting capacity with cordless freedom, this is the one to look at first.
