Physical & Build
Milwaukee's FUEL 190mm rail-compatible saw, built for straight guided cuts in sheet material on Milwaukee's own rail. On spec it pairs a 190mm blade and 5800rpm POWERSTATE motor with 64.5mm of depth at 90°, and noise and vibration are well controlled at 93.5 dB(A) and 1.8 m/s². It has since been joined by the newer FCS66GR3, which adds FORGE and a little more depth, so this sits as the established rail option below the current flagship. Worth noting the guide rail is sold separately, and because Milwaukee's rail uses the FS-pattern profile, Festool and Makita rails fit it too. A solid choice for guided cutting if you do not need the GR3's extra speed.
